Kiva Infrastructure AS has been established as a Norwegian infrastructure company with the goal of developing data centres based on clean energy across the Nordics.
The founders, Ole Morten Toft Pettersen and Espen Christopher Fasting, have actively worked on developing data centre projects through ECF Holding AS in recent years.
In July 2026, Kiva Infrastructure AS was established as the operating company for the initiative to develop AI-focused data centres and digital infrastructure. ECF Holding AS has invested in the first phase.
The company will identify, develop, build and operate scalable data centres for AI, cloud services and digital industry.
