Kiva Infrastructure AS (under establishment) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This statement explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

Contact form

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we process your name, email address and any information you provide in the message (company, phone, enquiry type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

The form is provided by Web3Forms, which forwards the enquiry to our email and acts as a data processor. The information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with anyone else.

This website does not use cookies and has no tracking or analytics tools.
